Rec Classes - 1 to 9 of 9

icon Evaluations Prep

Our class geared towards getting your athlete ready for team evaluations in April. In this class athletes will be working on specific drills using stations and aids to help improve tumbling skills. We will also be working on on jump skills. This is a great class to help get you ready for the mat or sideline cheer.  This is the first time we are offering this class

icon Level 1 Cheer Tumbling

Our entry level tumbling class for ages 6-18. Athletes will be working on perfecting Level 1 tumbling skills as defined by the USASF. These skills include handstands, forward/backward rolls, front/back walkovers, cartwheels, bridges, bridge kick overs, and round offs. Athletes will also spend time working skills on trampolines suck as tuck jumps, seat drops, table drops, and 1/1 turns

icon Level 2 Cheer Tumbling

Our second level tumbling class for ages 6-18. In this class athletes will work on polishing skills learned in Level 1 Cheer Tumbling, and work on perfecting Level 2 skills as defined by the USASF. Level 2 floor skills include standing and running front and back handsprings. 

Athletes will aslo spend time working skills on trampolines such as back drop pullovers, and front and back handsprings with a spotter.

icon Level 3/4 Cheer Tumbling

Our advanced tumbling class for ages 6-18. In this class athletes will polish skills learned in Cheer Tumbling Levels one and two and work on perfecting level three and four skills as defined by the USASF. New skills learned in this class are standing multiple back handsprings, standing and running round off back handsprings to tucks and layouts, punch fronts, and much more. 

Athletes will also spend time working on skills on trampolines such as front and back tucks, back layout, layout 1/2 turn, and layout 1/1

icon Mini Cheer

Our class geared towards our athletes ages 5-8 that have never cheered before, or that want to polish up overall cheerleading skills such as motions, jumps, tumbling, and body positions.

icon Tiny Cheer Tumble

Our class we offer to athletes ages 4-6. We work on beginning floor skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, beginning cartweels, handstands, and bridges. We also work on trmpoline skills such as tuck jumps, seat drops, table drops, and 1/1 turns

icon Tiny Cheer

Tiny Cheer is our class geared towards our athletes ages 3.5-6 that have never cheered before, or that want to polish up overall cheerleading skills, such as motions, jumps, tumbling, and body positions.

icon Top Flight (Flyer Flexibility)

Our flyer flexibility, technique, and conditioniing class. Athletes will learn body control exercises, safe stretching techniques, balance and strength conditioning, and other tips and tricks on how to acheive perfect flyer technique.

icon Youth Cheer

Our class geared towards our athletes 9-11 that have never cheered before, or that want to polish up overall cheerleading skills, such as motions, jumps, tumbling and body positions.
